ROADSIDE PROGRAM ENHANCEMENT

INEOS drivers now enjoy best-in-class roadside assistance coverage that includes warrantable towing coverage to the nearest INEOS Grenadier Authorized Dealer, regardless of distance (certain restrictions apply). INEOS is truly committed to enhancing the Grenadier ownership experience and empowering drivers to tackle the world’s toughest terrain. Highlights

• Towing coverage has been extended to include transport to the nearest INEOS Authorized Dealer (previous 100-mile restriction has been removed)
  • Customers can still request towing to a different dealer but will be responsible for any associated additional mileage cost.
• Towing eligibility and distance is limited to within the continental U.S. and Canada only.
  • Excludes: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and regions separated by major bodies of water or impassable terrain.
• Eligibility applies to warrantable defects only and are intended for true drivability related matters.
• Our full suite of complimentary Sign and Drive offerings remain unchanged (ie. Jump start, out of fuel, etc.)

Coverage Parameters

• Complimentary towing applies only for warrantable conditions (vehicle inoperable due to a warrantable defect).
• Non-Covered Examples:
  • Outside influence: collision, impact, environmental damage, etc.
  • Maintenance-related: annual service, tire wear, fluid changes, etc.
  • Aftermarket causes: Lift kits, steering dampeners, or other non-OEM modifications found to cause the issue.
• Warranty eligibility confirmed upon dealer diagnosis.
• Please Note: Tows determined to be unrelated to a warrantable condition may be subject to a partial or full chargeback, reviewed on a case-by-case basis by INEOS USA.
